  Hyatt Gachibowli, Hyderabad - Best for your next Staycation Plan We stayed at Hyatt on a staycation celebrating our anniversary.  I must say we were very impressed with the kind of hospitality they had offered.  Right from front desk staff to Head Chef, everyone made sure we had a great stay. Chef asked us to directly come to him incase we need anything for the baby. The property is very beautiful and full of greenery.  The rooms are very small...that's the only thing we were initially unhappy about.  However, the property and the staff made up for it and we had an amazing stay. Feriado Resorts- (Tadvai)- Beautiful stay to explore Telangana   Feriado Resorts are managing Telangana tourism properties, beautifully revamping it and offering amazing views at affordable prices.  Lallooji and sons company are the brains behind this beautiful new concept and am sure they seem to be visionaries.  There are two properties taken over by Feriado, one in Tadvai and another one in Bogatha.  The locations are beautiful and the properties have just been handed over by Telangana tourism to managing team of Feriado in August 2021. We happen to have come across this place through their posts on Instagram and were quick to make a booking for Tadvai property for a long weekend.  I have been staying in Hyderabad for over 7 years and had not ticked off places on my bucket list of state of Telangana. Kitchens By Deviram , Kondapur Hyderabad This is a new kid on the block or I would say new restaurant in the town. And this seems to have real long term plans to stay and become one of the best restaurants. Read on to know about my take on this restaurant.- Kitchen by Deviram is recently opened in Shilpa park Kondapur and seems to be doing well. It has gained lot of popularity in a very short period of time. 1. Being from North India we almost went crazy looking at the menu and ended up ordering almost 7-8 dishes. 2.Bedia Puri was amazing and a must try dish here. The puris are extremely crisp and mouth watering. It's 5/5 for its flavor's and taste. 3.Pav bhaji was good too however could have been a little better as the pav were a little hard.   Taj Banjara-Hyderabad- Not meeting Taj standards We had booked the room to celebrate our birthdays on 16th Nov. We as a couple share our birthdays but the experience was not good at all. 1. The food for dinner was below average as there were very few options for vegetarians. 2. The restaurant waterside cafe was smelling very bad with non veg and we had to look for a table near the bakery counter. That place had lots of mosquitoes. 3.Soup and starters were completely bland. 4. For breakfast buffet there was a fly in the pav and it was the entire spoiler for us. 5. We had requested for some decoration or something special as it was our birthday and we wanted it to be special. However, there was no such facilities.   Embudu Village Maldives -Beautiful resort within budget We stayed at Embudu for 3N 4D and we loved the total experience of staying at resort. The reason in detail are mentioned as follows so keep reading - 1.The resort is 3 star property which is maintained well and has all basic facilities. It would not make you break your bank as it's a decent property with all amenities.. Such as badminton court, swings and all. 2.We are vegetarians, so there were always 3-4 veg options in all three meals like vada, dal, rice in breakfast, vegetables, chapati, Rice and dal in lunch and similar in dinner as well. So vegetarians can have good meals without starving. 3.The beach villa is bang on the beach as the name suggests and is basic with kettle in room, hand soap, shampoo, towels, outside sitting area.   ITC Kohenur Hyderbad - Below average experience We had booked two rooms at the hotel for Staycation with our senior citizen parents.  Here is our experience- 1. The check in was not smooth as inspite of multiple requests the rooms were given far away from each other. We had mentioned before also while booking and again through email that our parents are Super senior and senior citizens and the room needs to be close to each other. Finally after multiple request we got one room at 3:45 and another at 4:45 pm.  The manager gave me nice piece of his mind..that they never promise same floor rooms. However finally I got one next to each other. 2.The reception was understaffed and there was a huge queue for check in. The lady told us to just wait as she was already handling 3 check ins. 3.The rooms have spectacular views and the interiors are done beautifully. 4.Major issue is with staff as they are extremely rude to guests.   Ayatana Coorg - Must be on your Bucket list We came across this resort through their Instagram page  and were blown away with the pictures. We booked it for two nights three days and here is my take on it. 1.This place needs to be on your bucket list. Yes!! It's spectacular!! The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this place. It is way beyond that. 2.The waterfall is right in the property and can be seen from restaurants and also one can sit besides it on the rocks. The view of waterfall is breathtaking. 3.The property is very well maintained and the best part is their Staff. In the longest time I can recall that we have come across, this place has the best people who are working for them. 4.The property is five star and the staff goes beyond way to make you feel comfortable. Special thanks to the people who serve at restaurants and Mr. Rohit of front desk who was always checking for anything that we need. 5.The rooms are very neat and beautiful, so is the balcony.....
